What Women want to pack when going to Boracay

Traveling to Boracay is a complete dream come true. This island in the central Philippines is famous for its white sand beaches and it’s known as one of the world’s top destinations for relaxation.

In order for you to fully experience Boracay’s beauty and enjoy every second spent on this breath-taking island, we made a list of things you need to have in your cosmetic bag.

Sunscreen

Absolutely essential. You need to protect your skin from the sun. It is very important to have your sunscreen always with you and apply it a few times during the day. It will protect your skin and prevent any skin damage.

We recommend you always carry a small cosmetic case with you and put your sunscreen and other essentials in it.

Mosquito Repellent

The tropical weather in the Philippines means there are mosquitos. Bring a mosquito repellent with you and keep it in your cosmetic case for when you decide to have a romantic walk after enjoying the sunset at the beach.

Hand Sanitizer

Before having a meal or after using the restroom, you will want to sanitize your hands and keep them clean. Hand sanitizer will be useful for when you don’t have water and soap near you. Keep it in your cosmetic case and have it with you at all time.

Baby wipes and tissue paper

You will most probably come across public restrooms that won’t have any toilet paper. This is an unpleasant situation, so be sure to bring baby wipes and some tissue paper. Baby wipes can also come in handy in tropical weather to fresh yourself up.

Lip balm

Tropical weather can make your skin dry, especially your lips. You will want to protect the sensitive skin of your lips with a moisturizing lip balm. A lip balm with a UV protection will be perfect for Boracay’s tropical weather.

Hair tie

Try not to wet your hair every time you get in the sea water. The salt can be damaging and you will probably want to wash your hair every time you come out of the sea water. Bring hair ties with you and have them in your cosmetic case with you since you will probably use them a lot and not only at the beach.

Other toiletries

Skin care products, make-up, mac accessories, shampoo, toothpaste, special hair care products if your hair is color treated. You want to be able to take care of your skin and hair after exposing yourself to the sun and salt.

It is possible that your hotel will provide you with shampoo and soap, but not all of them and not with unlimited quantities. You should have your own shampoo and soap in your cosmetic bag.

Having all of these items in your cosmetic bags and cosmetic case at all time will help you have a relaxed and enjoyable time in Boracay. You don’t want small inconveniences to influence your mood and your trip in this paradise on earth. Make sure you double-check all the items before heading to the airport to make sure you have everything you need.
